Shipping Policy

Gyberstore will take 6-12 hours to process your order. Once the order has been processed, we will notify our warehouse to prepare the product. We will ship within 1-2 days for products that are in stock in our warehouse and 4-5 days for products that are not in stock in our warehouse. We strive to fulfill your order in a timely manner.

Once your products have been shipped, you will receive an email with your order number and logistics order number.

To track your order, please use your logistics order number to check shipping information at 17TRACK.

Free Standard shipping with a transit time of 3-4 business days

We are committed to providing fast logistics services and your satisfaction is our desire.

Attention

Shipping days do not include weekends or holidays.
The transaction amount of the order already includes the cost of the product and some shipping costs. For some countries, duties and VAT on products and logistics are also included.
We are not responsible for delays in delivery due to destination issues, such as not providing a complete and correct shipping address, or not signing for the package at the address.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear after the logistics tracking order number is received.
At Gyberstore, we make every effort to have orders delivered on time as promised. However, in the event of a national crisis, holiday, natural disaster, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide a shipping refund.

Tax

All tax are included in the price.
We will be responsible for the duty cost but we need customer's help to handle the custom clearance process.
