Non-quality problem return policy
1. We accept returns or exchanges for new, unused and resale pizza stone, pizza ovens and accessories within 30 days from the date the package is signed for. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. (Buyer to bear the return shipping)
2. Please check your order immediately upon arrival. If you decide you need a return or exchange, please email us your order number, phone number and who you are returning the item to. We will then email you a return authorization document with return instructions. Do not return product before following these steps
3. Clearance items, custom-made items (including pizza ovens or items of any specified size), second-hand items without original packaging, or resold for any reason are considered final sale items and will not be returned.
4. When and how will I be compensated?(Refunds)
Products correctly returned according to these guidelines are eligible for a refund in the form of a refund to the original method of payment. Returned goods will be inspected before the letter of credit is issued. Once the return is received and processed, we will credit your total purchase price (excluding shipping, handling and restocking charges above). Quality problem return policy
1. After receiving the package, it is recommended that you check the box with the courier driver and pay attention to whether the package is damaged. If there is any damage, please reject the package or keep the evidence and contact us as soon as possible.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
